I am a time served carpenter/joiner with over 30 years on tools construction experience, a UK Fire Door Training Approved Inspector and a Fire Door Inspection Scheme diploma holder. I still put on the tool belt occasionally for old customers who call me, its nice to be nice, but my focus these days is on driving up standards with regards to fire door compliance. With decades of experience in dealing with individual clients and many larger organisations in Central Scotland, Glasgow & Lanarkshire as well as the last 22 years in London I understand customer service.
